Northeast Capital Group (NECG) is a private equity investment group and full service Real Estate firm based in Ramapo, New York, and led by CEO Joel Kiss who founded the firm in 2008. NECG engages in the Acquisition, Asset Management, Property management, and Repositioning of Commercial Real Estate in the United States. Since our inception we have built a stellar reputation through our honesty, integrity and transparency that has enabled us to stand out in this saturated market.

NECG actively buys and operates stable and value-add commercial real estate with an emphasis on well-located office buildings, anchored shopping centers and residential properties, in primary and secondary markets around the country. NECG seeks to invest in properties which are fundamentally strong with superb market position/location, property access and national/credit tenancy which have value-add opportunities through lease up, rent increases, improving economics, and remodel. We typically buy our properties at high in-place cap rates which allow us to produce double digit returns from day one and increase the returns through the aforementioned value add strategies.

NECG is primarily funded through private equity from accredited high net worth investors procured from friends and family as well as JV with funds and family offices.
